History of The Censorship and Exile Research Association
The unincorporated Association was founded in Miami in 2005 and CERA Publishing, which operates in Miami, was founded in 2006. The Company was incorporated on May 13th, 2008, on which date it took over the assets and liabilities of the unincorporated association of the same name.
